Pine Window Cleaning uses SMS (text messaging) to communicate with customers about their service. These SMS Terms explain how our messaging program works, what consent you're giving, and how to opt out. By submitting your phone number through our quote form, checking the consent box, or replying to one of our messages, you agree to these SMS Terms.
When you provide your phone number to Pine Window Cleaning — through our website, by phone, or in person — you may receive SMS messages for: (a) service communications including quote confirmations, appointment reminders, follow-up messages, crew arrival notices, invoice reminders, and missed-call text-backs; (b) review requests — a single post-service message asking you to leave a Google review; (c) promotional messages (with separate opt-in consent only) — seasonal offers, referral promotions, and marketing updates.
By submitting your phone number through our website form and checking the consent box — or by replying YES to one of our messages — you authorize Pine Window Cleaning to send you SMS messages to the number provided, including via automated systems. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can still receive our services without opting into promotional SMS.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Service-related messages: 3–6 per active service request. Review requests: 1 per completed job. Promotional messages: up to 4 per month (only if you opt in separately).
Message and data rates may apply. Rates depend on your mobile carrier and plan. Pine Window Cleaning is not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier. Contact your wireless provider for details.
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and then no further SMS messages from that program. To opt back in, reply START.

Our messaging program is compatible with major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Metro PCS, Cricket, U.S. Cellular, and Virgin Mobile. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Information collected through our SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your phone number or personal information. We do not share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Delivery of SMS messages is not guaranteed. Pine is not liable for any delay or failure to receive a message due to carrier issues, device issues, or any other factor outside our control.
We may modify or discontinue the SMS program at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice sent to your number or posted on this page.
