These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by Pine Window Cleaning. By booking or using our services, you agree to these terms.
We provide professional window cleaning and related services as described on our website and promotional materials.
Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
Prices will be provided before work begins. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, checks, and credit and debit cards.
Ensure safe access to the property (including removing obstacles, pets, or hazards). Notify us in advance of any fragile or special areas that require extra care.
While we take the utmost care, Pine Window Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear on windows, frames, or screens. We are not liable for damages resulting from unsafe property conditions outside our control.
If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue.
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate agreements if safety, property conditions, or other reasonable factors prevent service.
By providing your phone number, you agree that Pine Window Cleaning may contact you by voice call or SMS at that number, including via automated systems, for service-related and (with your consent) promotional purposes. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Consent to marketing SMS is not a condition of purchase. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
